No matter how bad a day you may be having, there is never a good reason to hang out at a bar named "Out On A Limb"... Sadly not everyone agrees with me as this place always has trucks in front.

    I am going out on a limb here, but I was not aware that you needed a GOOD reason to hang out in a bar. Are there new rules???
