At the North end of DFW airport is a place called Founders Plaza, where you can sit and watch airplanes take off and land, they have a speaker set up so you can hear the tower talking to the plane too, pretty cool!

Travis made homemade pasta, and meatballs from veal and Italian sausage, with all kinds of spices and rot... it took him 3 hours but it was really, really good!
